\nA well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and expanding workload across Glasgow and the surrounding region. \nThe RoleCarrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
\nUndertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification
\nConducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed
\nProducing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248
\nManaging workload across multiple sites
\nLiaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
\nAbout YouBOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
\nFull UK driving licence
\nExperience working as a dual Surveyor / Analyst
\nStrong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
\nStrong communication skills
