Location: Near Richmond, London (On-site)

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum

We’re hiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP, combining hands-on technical support with team coordination responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role while staying close to the technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support across Microsoft, cloud, and network environments
\n
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management solutions
\n
• Assist with cloud administration, updates, and system improvements
\n
• Coordinate workloads across engineers and support day-to-day service delivery
\n
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Experience in a 2nd line role within an MSP
\n
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic networking
\n
• Exposure to firewalls (FortiGate desirable) and MDM solutions
\n
• O365 conditional access and SharePoint setup
\n
• PowerBI knowledge advantageous
\n
• Good communication and organisational skills
