CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS\nLocation: Bristol
\nPosition: EYFS Teaching Assistant
\nRate of Pay:£110 per day
\nHours: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
\nContract Types: Ad-hoc, Short-Term, Long-Term, and Temp-to-Perm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND REQUIREMENTSESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS\nPrevious experience working with children within an EYFS, nursery, preschool, or primary school setting
\nGood understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework
\nAbility to support learning through play and child-led activities
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nA caring, patient, and nurturing approach
\nAbility to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
\nCommitment to supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS\nLevel 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years Qualification
\nTeaching Assistant Qualification
\nPaediatric First Aid Certificate
\nExperience supporting children with SEND
\nSafeguarding Training
\nTraining can be provided where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n- \n
- Supporting children in Nursery and Reception classes \n
- Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities \n
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development \n
- Supporting children through structured learning and play-based activities \n
- Assisting with observations and assessments where required \n
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment \n
- Supporting children with additional needs where necessary \n
- Helping to prepare learning resources and classroom activities \n
- \n
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK \n
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Child Barred List Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one \n
- Provide two professional references covering the last two years \n
- Have relevant experience working with children \n
