Interim Management Accountant

An established client of mine is seeking an interim Management Accountant to lead its monthly management accounts process, covering both the main trading entity and various subsidiaries. This role will be predominantly on site working. Initially for 6 months this could extend into a permanent role for the right professional.

The role:

• Lead and coordinate monthly management accounts production, including group consolidations and intercompany/intra-group accounting
\n
• Own all P&L operating cost lines
\n
• Produce budget and forecast balance sheet and cash flow projections from P&L inputs, including monthly cash flow forecast updates
\n
• Provide cost and variance analysis and financial insight to directors and managers
\n
• Deliver reporting to senior management, ownership, and lenders where needed
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
\n
• Strong general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, and consolidation experience, with up-to-date knowledge of Accounting Standards
\n
• Experience in an inventory-led environment, business partnering, and building P&L budgets
\n

Salary:

• £300-£325pd umbrella
