\nManchester City Centre | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
\n2 years + IFA Administration experience required

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused administrator to support Financial Advisers in delivering an outstanding client experience. \nAs an IFA Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and client support throughout the financial planning process, ensuring business is processed efficiently, client records are maintained accurately and regulatory standards are met.
\nWorking closely with Advisers, providers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless end-to-end client journey. Key responsibilities will include -

- Process Letters of Authority and obtain provider information \n
- Prepare illustrations and documentation for client meetings \n
- Process new business across pensions, investments and protection products \n
- Monitor cases through to completion, liaising with providers and platforms \n
- Process fund switches and ongoing servicing requests \n
- Handle client updates including change of address, withdrawals, tax information, plan updates and death claims \n
- Maintain accurate client records using the back-office system \n
- Produce client portfolio summaries and valuations \n
- Process ongoing suitability documentation following client review meetings \n
- Manage secure electronic document storage \n
- Support clients with online portal access and account queries \n
- Process adviser fees and invoices \n
- Ensure all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements are met \n
- Work within agreed service levels while maintaining exceptional client service \n
We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator \n
- A good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- A proactive and client-focused approach \n
- Experience using Intelliflo or similar financial planning back-office systems would be highly advantageous \n
- A strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliant business processing \n
