Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead Exeter | Permanent | Full-Time £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package Sphere Solutions are working with a growing regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead for a landmark multi-storey residential scheme. Key Responsibilities * Lead the commercial delivery of a major residential project * Manage subcontractor procurement and JCT subcontract packages * Prepare cost reports, forecasts and valuations * Assess subcontractor applications and issue Payment and Pay Less Notices * Manage variations, supplier payments and final accounts * Work closely with the project team to ensure commercial success throughout delivery About You * Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Lead * Main contractor experience on large construction projects * Strong knowledge of JCT contracts * Excellent commercial, procurement and cost management skills * Able to work independently and take ownership of a major scheme What's on Offer? * £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) * Car allowance and benefits package * Opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of a flagship £31m development * Long-term pipeline of work with future regional projects To Apply: For a confidential discussion, contact Abbie or Jo on (phone number removed), or apply today with your CV.
