Lettings Manager | Nottingham| £30,000 - £35,000This is a newly created role due to expansion for this well-established business based in Nottingham for an experienced lettings manager to manage a portfolio over there residential, commercial and student accommodationsReporting into the director you will be responsible for:Tenant Relations & ManagementLease Management: Executing lease agreements, renewals, and managing tenant move-ins/move-outIssue Resolution: Acting as the primary contact for complaints, repairs, and emergenciesViewings: Be responsible for conducting all viewings for potential tenantsTennant Screening: Conducting affordability checks, background checks and references where neededEvictions: Managing legal, compliant eviction processesProperty Marketing: Creating listings and advertising properties to attract suitable applicantsDeposit Handling: Securing deposits in government approved schemes and negotiating fair deductions at move outSkills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of local property laws and regulationsProficiency in lettings managementOrganisational skills for maintenance schedulingThis is a private portfolio, which is still growing.
