\nWe are looking for a male carer to provide person-centered support, ensuring Service Users' dignity, respect, and comfort. The role requires compassion, professionalism and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals in your care.

- Deliver high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs. \n
- Support service users to access the community \n
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. \n
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals. \n
- Uphold the values of dignity and respect, promoting independence and choice for Service Users. \n
- Respond calmly and professionally to challenging situations, fostering a safe environment. \n

Education and Qualifications:

- Relevant training in COSHH, Health & Safety, and Moving & Handling (desirable). \n
Experience:

- Previous experience in a care environment (essential). \n
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (essential). \n
