Connect Appointments are recruiting Production Operatives to join an established food manufacturing business based in Shotts, North Lanarkshire.

Our client operates a busy food production facility, offering a choice of early, back or night shift to suit your working preferences.

What's on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position

• Your choice of:
\n
\n
• Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm (early finish every Friday!)
\n
• Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (early finish every Friday!)
\n
• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, and Friday, 8pm to 3am
\n
\n
• 13.05 p/h to 15.01 p/h (rising after completing 12 weeks)
\n
• Paid weekly - with all breaks paid!!
\n
• Full training provided
\n

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

\n
• Preparing, making and packing high-quality food products across various production areas
\n
• Accurately labelling products, ensuring dates and batch numbers are correct
\n
• Packing finished goods into boxes and crates in line with customer specifications
\n
• Completing quality checks and production documentation accurately
\n
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards
\n

To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:

\n
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (beneficial)
\n
• The ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
\n
• Good attention to detail and strong time-keeping skills
\n
• Own transport preferable due to site location and working hours
\n
