Shift Patterns: Monday to Sunday, flexibility required. This role includes working regular weekends as part of the rota. Days and shifts will be discussed and agreed with the client, with advance planning wherever possible. Two consecutive days off during the week can be accommodated. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in helping someone maintain their lifestyle, interests and independence.Meet Our ClientYou will be supporting a woman in her 40s who lives at home with her family. She is looking for support to help her live a fulfilling and enjoyable life while staying safe and independent. She has learning disabilities and epilepsy, so requires consistent support with her wellbeing and daily routines. She enjoys spending time in the community, including going out for drives, visiting local parks and exploring local shops.
