Were looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our team as a Senior Support WorkerOur Broadway home supports four adults in a detached property in Partington, South Manchester. The people who live there have only recently moved in, so this is an important and exciting time for them and for the team around them. We want people to feel at home, to be understood, and to be supported in the things that matter most to them, in ways that give them real choice and control in their lives.As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead the team on shift and show others what good support looks like. You will build strong relationships with the people who live at Broadway and with your colleagues, helping to create a home where people feel safe, understood and well supported each day.You will get to know the people who live in the home, what is important to them, and how they like to be supported.
