Data & AI Delivery Senior Manager/Associate Director | Capital MarketsLocation: EdinburghWorking pattern: HybridSalary: Compensation aligned to experience and seniorityRef: J13121Senior Data & AI Delivery professionals are required to lead the delivery of complex data transformation and AI programmes within financial services and capital markets environments.You will bring experience delivering large scale data and AI initiatives within complex environments and play a key role in shaping delivery strategy, leading teams and driving transformational change, helping organisations solve complex operational, technical and business challenges through data and AI adoption.You will work across multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists and senior stakeholders to drive programme delivery, shape solutions and support organisations through complex transformation initiatives.Key responsibilities:Leading the delivery of complex data and AI transformation programmes across multiple workstreamsManaging multidisciplinary teams to deliver business critical technology outcomesCollaborating directly with clients to understand challenges and shape tailored solutionsTranslating technical requirements into business outcomes and delivery plansManaging programme risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder expectationsSupporting the implementation of modern data platforms and AI driven solutionsProviding technical guidance and oversight across delivery teamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with client and business stakeholdersSupporting programme governance, reporting and communication across large initiativesApplying market and industry knowledge to help shape client strategies and solutionsSupporting pre sales activity, technical proposals and client presentationsCoaching and mentoring team members across multidisciplinary environmentsExperience Required:Experience delivering large scale data, AI or technology transformation programmesBackground within consulting, programme delivery, implementation or transformation environmentsExperience leading teams across complex projects and multiple workstreamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiencesExperience gathering requirements and shaping solutions aligned to business objectivesUnderstanding of AI technologies, modern data platforms and data management principlesKnowledge of data governance, data quality and data strategy conceptsFamiliarity with delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall or SAFeExperience with tooling such as Jira, Confluence or similar platformsExposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, SQL or PythonFinancial services experience within capital markets or broader banking environmentsThis is a strong opportunity for a delivery leader who wants to work on high impact data and AI transformation programmes within complex financial services environments.For more information make an application today!Alternatively, you can refer a friend or colleague by taking part in our fantastic referral schemes!
