SC & NPPV3 Cleared Head of Business DesignUp to £625 per day | Outside IR35 | London | 3 Days per WeekContract: Initial 3 Months + Likely Extensions (3 Months+)Location: London (Hybrid, 3 Days Per Week Onsite)Rate: Up to £625 per dayIR35 Status: Outside IR35Security Clearance: Active SC & NPPV3 Clearance RequiredThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Head of Business Design to lead a significant organisational transformation programme within a complex and high-profile environment.This role will be responsible for shaping and delivering future-state business design, operating model transformation and organisational change activities across a large-scale programme. Working closely with executive stakeholders, programme leadership and business change teams, you will drive the design and implementation of sustainable business improvements that support strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Business Design function across a major transformation programme.Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned to strategic business goals.Define future-state organisational structures, governance frameworks and ways of working.Drive organisational design, workforce transformation and business readiness activities.Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and embed business change initiatives.Ensure business design outputs support successful change adoption and benefits realisation.Provide leadership, direction and assurance across multiple transformation workstreams.Manage complexity and dependencies within a large-scale organisational change environment.Essential ExperienceProven experience operating as a Head of Business Design, Business Design Lead, Operating Model Lead or similar senior transformation role.Strong track record delivering large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes.Extensive experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models.Expertise across organisational design, business transformation and change leadership.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at Executive and Director level.Experience working within complex, regulated or public sector environments.Essential RequirementsActive SC ClearanceActive NPPV3 ClearanceAvailability to work 3 days per week onsite in LondonStrong organisational design and business transformation experienceAbility to start at short notice preferredWhat's on Offer?Up to £625 per dayOutside IR35Initial 3-month contractStrong likelihood of further extensionsOpportunity to lead a high-profile transformation programmeFlexible hybrid working arrangementIf you're an experienced SC & NPPV3 Cleared Head of Business Design with a proven background in large-scale organisational transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
