This ensures you are fully prepared to work safely and effectively within our services.About the RoleNorthridge Care Group is seeking flexible and dedicated individuals to join our bank of Residential Childcare Workers, supporting children and young people across our services on an ad hoc basis.This role provides cover during periods such as staff sickness, annual leave, and training.
