Working alongside and reporting directly to the site Maintenance Manager, you will take responsibility for all maintenance planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks on site.The site is based near to the area of Tamworth so great for those commuting from Sutton Coldfield, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Walsall, or Lichfield. What's in it for you as Engineering Maintenance PlannerSalary circa £45,000 per annumHours of work: Monday to Friday - Day's only position, flexible hours, e.g 7am-4pm MondayFantastic performance based bonus taking OTE to over £55KCompany pension contribution up to 10% matched, training and career development opportunities, plus a comprehensive employee benefits programLocation - WilnecotePermanent position offering job security with a market leading businessKey Responsibilities of Engineering Maintenance PlannerTo plan all Maintenance across the plant, both electrical and mechanical activities and developing scopes of work, method statements, risk assessments and parts lists etc.Participate in meetings to review daily/weekly work schedules and backlogs and report dataCarry out inductions, managing authorisation to work and work permitsProvide good communication skills to colleagues & production personnel to develop an understanding of the machinery operation so faults can be rectified efficiently.Promote the development and implementation of the Factory CMMS system.Application of TPM Tools & Techniques to generate Continuous Improvement throughout all areas of the Factory and support process improvement throughout the factory.Qualifications & Experience for Engineering Maintenance PlannerPrevious experience working within an engineering capacity with demonstrable knowledge as an Engineering Planner & expertise as an Engineering Maintenance Planner on Industrial Plant & Equipment.High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems (such as SAP and Shire Pirana)High degree of Health & Safety awareness.Familiar with LEAN Manufacturing principlesUnderstanding of RAMS and compliance within an industrial engineering capacityFor more information about this opportunity the please contact Dan Edley or click the link below to apply!TPBN1_UKTJ
