Senior Site Manager Exeter | Permanent | Full-Time £65,000 & Benefits package Sphere Solutions are working with a Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team in Exeter, delivering a large complex design and build project in the heart of Exeter. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day running of the site * Drive the construction programme, identifying risks and implementing solutions * Lead, motivate and develop site teams * Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality are maintained * Chair daily coordination meetings with subcontractors * Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates * Work closely with commercial, buying and design teams * Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Essential Criteria: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager working for a Tier 1 or main contractor * Experience delivering design and build construction projects, Passivhaus is preferred * Strong understanding of construction methodology, procurement and project delivery * Experience managing Health & Safety, quality and Temporary Works * SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification What's on Offer? * Salary circa £65,000 depending on experience * Car allowance * 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Private medical insurance * Long-term career progression with a leading Tier 1 contractor Apply Today For a confidential discussion, please contact Abbie or Jo on (phone number removed), or apply today with your CV.
