Job Title: Site Manager Project: 3 Storey Classroom Extension Location: Sheffield Start: Mid August - 40 Pay: £300 per day Essential Requirements: Enhanced DBS (Essential) SMSTS CSCS Black/White Card First Aid Experience Required: Strong experience delivering education and extension projects Previous experience working in live school environments Proven ability managing large-scale construction works Strong subcontractor coordination skills Excellent understanding of health & safety requirements Experience managing programmes, quality and site documentation Ability to lead site teams and drive progress Strong communication skills with project teams and clients Duties: Take full responsibility for site management and daily operations Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site progress Manage health & safety, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks Ensure programme milestones are achieved Maintain site diaries, reports and progress updates Monitor workmanship and quality standards Liaise with the client, consultants and school representatives Manage site logistics and sequencing of works Identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving Support successful delivery of the project from start to completion Please apply if interested in this role - (phone number removed)
