A warm desk with established clients from day one Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience Uncapped performance related bonus Weekly or monthly pay options Up to 34 days holiday per year A paid work anniversary day off Private Healthcare scheme Share scheme On site gym Dedicated personal mentor from day one Industry leading in house training programme Ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development Clearly defined career progression with genuine opportunities to progress into management Regular company events and team socials Free on site parking The Role * Developing trusted partnerships with clients * Delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account support * Providing recruitment market insight and workforce planning advice * Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally * Maximising opportunities within existing accounts * Sourcing and attracting candidates * Managing applications in line with current legislation and compliance standards * Delivering an outstanding candidate experience * Matching candidates to suitable opportunities * Promoting vacancies across social media and recruitment platforms * Building lasting relationships with candidates to support their longterm careers About You Can you demonstrate: Previous experience in a similar recruitment role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to development Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills A collaborative, team-focused attitude A strong desire to progress your career You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as regular client visits form part of the role. Working Hours This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, at our Nottingham office. You'll also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional level of customer service our clients have come to expect. Build More Than a Job.
