Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Norfolk? We are seeking confident and adaptable TAs to support KS1 & 2 classes in a range of Primary Schools.

\n - Supporting the class teacher with whole-class activities
\n - Running small group interventions
\n - Providing general classroom support and helping maintain a positive learning environment
\n - Assisting with pupil engagement, behaviour and learning tasks

About You
\n
\n - Previous experience as a TA or in a support-based role
\n - A genuine passion for working with children
\n - Ability to adapt to new settings and routines
\n - Strong communication and organisational skills
