Reed Education Plymouth is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to join a well-established and nurturing nursery as a Lead Practitioner for their pre-school room. This role is ideal for someone looking to leverage their skills and passion in a leadership position that significantly impacts children's wellbeing, development, and curiosity.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Guide and support the pre-school team to maintain high-quality practice. \n
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a rich and engaging curriculum. \n
- Work closely with the nursery leadership team to ensure the provision meets the needs of every child. \n
- Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community. \n
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through play and meaningful experiences. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. \n
- Desirable qualifications include Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification. \n
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). \n
- A reflective approach to practice. \n
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development. \n
