Senior Accountant

A growing independent accountancy firm in Preston is looking to appoint an ACA-qualified Senior Practice Accountant paying from £40,000 + Bonus.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing annual accounts for businesses and charities of varying sizes.
\n
• Leading audit assignments and reviewing the work of junior auditors and semi-seniors.
\n
• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts for growing clients.
\n
• Preparing complex VAT returns across a range of VAT schemes.
\n
• Producing corporation tax and income tax computations and returns.
\n
• Managing, training and providing constructive feedback to junior members of the team.
\n

Senior Accountant Attributes:

\n
• ACA qualified or holding an equivalent professional accountancy qualification.
\n
• At least three years' experience within an accountancy practice.
\n
• Experience across audit, accounts and tax
\n
