\nLocation: Norwich (Hybrid)
\nSalary: £65,000 + bonus and benefits
\nHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
\nContract: Permanent
\nAtkinson Moss are delighted to be partnering with a growing Norwich-based business to recruit an experienced Head of People. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal stage in its journey and play a key role in shaping its people strategy during a period of significant growth and expansion.
\nThis is a strategic and hands on role, offering the chance to shape and lead the people agenda across a multi-site business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving organisational performance, developing leadership capability and creating scalable people processes that support long-term growth.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver the overall people strategy in line with business objectives. \n
- Partner with senior leaders to provide expert guidance on all people-related matters. \n
- Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management. \n
- Drive employee engagement, culture and leadership development initiatives. \n
- Design and implement leadership and management development programmes. \n
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. \n
- Lead senior-level recruitment and support talent and succession planning across the business. \n
- Manage HR systems, reporting and people analytics to support business decision-making. \n
- Support business growth initiatives, including acquisitions and organisational change projects. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner or Head of People level. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law. \n
- Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders. \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. \n
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align people strategy to business goals. \n
- Experience within a multi-site, multi-entity or high-growth organisation would be advantageous. \n
- Previous exposure to leadership development, talent management and change initiatives. \n
