Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
Location: Raynes Park
\nHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Office based
\nSalary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and growing organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication and administrative skills.
\nWorking as part of a supportive customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels. \n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. \n
- Resolve customer queries and investigate issues, providing timely updates and solutions. \n
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers regarding account information and available products or services. \n
- Support customers with payment-related enquiries and assist with payment processing where required. \n
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. \n
- Carry out reception and front-of-house duties in a professional and welcoming manner. \n
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems. \n
- Support administrative tasks across multiple departments as required. \n
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the customer service function. \n
We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- A confident and professional telephone manner. \n
- Strong data entry and IT skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. \n
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. \n
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. \n
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure. \n
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. \n
