We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Broadland Drinks in the appointment of an HR Manager to lead people operations and shape the people strategy as the business continues to evolve. This role is a hands-on, strategic opportunity to influence culture, support managers, and deliver HR services that enable growth and engagement across the organisation. Responsibilities\n

- Lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, absence management and HR casework. \n
- Design and implement recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives in partnership with hiring managers. \n
- Advise leaders on performance management, succession planning and talent development. \n
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring fair, consistent application and compliance with relevant legislation. \n
- Oversee training and development programmes; identify skills gaps and promote learning initiatives. \n
- Manage HR systems and reporting; produce people metrics to inform decision-making. \n
- Support reward and benefits administration and advise on market-aligned practices. \n
- Drive change-management projects and support cultural initiatives to improve engagement. \n

- CIPD level 5 qualified with proven experience as an HR generalist used to handling a broad range of HR responsibilities. \n
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice and relevant employment legislation. \n
- Effective advisory skills with experience supporting managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters. \n
- Practical experience in recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes. \n
- Solid analytical skills with experience producing HR metrics and reports. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confidential and professional approach. \n
