A leading international law firm is seeking an Employee Incentives Solicitor (Associate) to join its top-tier London team.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of employee incentives and executive remuneration matters for listed companies, financial institutions, private equity houses and multinationals. Work includes:

• Designing and implementing share plans and incentive structures
\n
• Advising on tax-advantaged schemes (e.g. EMI, CSOP)
\n
• Supporting on M&A, restructurings and capital markets transactions
\n
• Advising on management equity and executive pay governance
\n
• Drafting incentive documentation and advising on regulatory considerations
\n

About You

\n
• 2–6 years’ PQE in incentives, share plans, or executive compensation
\n
• Experience from a top-tier or international firm
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across tax, corporate and governance matters
\n
• Commercial, collaborative and client-focused approach
\n
