We're looking for a Serious Injury Team Leader to head up a team of 3–4 fee earners handling high-value, high-profile Serious and Catastrophic Injury cases.

You will work closely with clients who have been impacted by catastrophic injuries including brain injuries, spinal injuries and serious orthopaedic injuries.

This is a rare chance to blend hands-on casework with real leadership, perfect for an existing Team Leader, or a Senior Associate ready to step up.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of junior lawyers
\n
• Own file supervision and quality control across the caseload
\n
• Be the first port of call for case queries, liability and quantum advice
\n
• Guide the team through Multi-Track work with confidence
\n
• Keep on top of regulatory change and train the team accordingly
\n
• Play an active role in business development
\n

What you'll bring

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (CILEX or SRA)
\n
• A track record running high value multi-track cases with values from £500,000 upwards
\n
• Mentorship or supervisory experience
\n
• Experience dealing with catastrophic and serious injury matters
\n
