\nYou will be responsible for
\nAs Organisational and Leadership Development Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, learning and leadership programmes that support organisational priorities. You will help us build workforce capability, embed a coaching culture, support succession planning and create development pathways that enable people to perform at their best.
\nWorking closely with senior leaders, managers, colleagues, partners and staff networks, you will use insight, workforce data and engagement feedback to identify priorities and deliver practical, high-impact solutions. You will also oversee key activity across talent development, inclusion, equality and culture, ensuring our approaches are fair, inclusive, evidence-based and focused on continuous improvement.
\nAbout you
\nWe are looking for a credible, creative and collaborative OD and learning professional who can turn strategy into meaningful action. You will bring:
\n- \n
- A proven track record in organisational development, learning, leadership development or culture change within a complex organisation \n
- Experience of designing and delivering leadership programmes, learning pathways and development interventions that improve capability and performance \n
- Strong facilitation, coaching, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills \n
- The ability to use workforce insight, training needs analysis and evaluation data to shape priorities and demonstrate impact \n
- A commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and creating a positive employee experience \n
- Confidence managing projects, suppliers, contracts and budgets to deliver quality, value for money and continuous improvement \n
Qualifications required
\n- \n
- CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent experience, with evidence of continued professional development \n
- Coaching qualification, accreditation or demonstrable coaching experience \n
Experience and skills required
\n- \n
- Experience leading organisational development and change initiatives in partnership with senior leaders \n
- Experience designing, commissioning, delivering and evaluating learning and leadership development solutions \n
- Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement approaches \n
- Ability to analyse workforce data, identify skills gaps and translate insight into clear recommendations and action plans \n
- Experience promoting inclusive practice and supporting culture, equality and inclusion initiatives \n
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to advise, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels \n
