You will oversee internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and compliance monitoring.The HSQE Manager will work closely with senior leadership, providing management reports, driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive safety culture throughout the organisations.APPLY TODAYReady to make your next career move? Apply Today for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the HSQE Manager include:Management Systems Leadership: Develop, implement and maintain ISO management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 frameworksCompliance Monitoring: Produce and maintain a robust compliance monitoring plan ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policiesInternal and External Audits: Conduct compliance reviews and audits to benchmark against standards and support external assessmentsPolicy Development: Analyse legislation, regulatory updates and industry standards to create, update policies and procedures, and implementReporting and Analysis: Produce management reports identifying non-compliance, recommending solutions and associated costingsTraining and Guidance: Provide constructive feedback and deliver training to improve efficiency and compliance awarenessRegulatory Updates: Keep up to date with new legislation, codes of practice and accreditation requirements, ensuring timely implementationStakeholder Liaison: Work collaboratively with team members of the Group, challenging behaviours that fall below required standardsDocumentation Control: Maintain accurate, high-quality documentation and ensure systems are organised and accessibleOperational Support: Assist with routine checks, waste management processes and uphold quality assurance standards across the organisationsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSEssentialNEBOSH National CertificateExperience working within ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 17025 frameworksProven experience creating, implementing and maintaining management systems with successful external audit outcomesPrevious experience in a similar HSQE, compliance or quality management roleStrong understanding of regulatory requirements, legislation and codes of practiceExcellent organisational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation managementStrong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skillsDesirableCertificate in Implementation of StandardsCertificate in Internal and External AuditingMembership of relevant professional institutionsProactive, diligent and logical approach with strong attention to detailBENEFITSHoliday package of 33 days including Bank HolidaysPension schemeHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
