Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach)Location: Team Valley, GatesheadPay Rate: £13.50 per hourWe are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences for an established distribution warehouse based in Team Valley, Gateshead.This is a temporary ongoing position with no fixed end date , offering the opportunity to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate .Working HoursMonday to Friday7:30am - 4:30pm£13.50 per hourWeekend overtime available and paid at time and a halfDutiesOperating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading vehicles.Moving stock around the warehouse and replenishing picking locations.Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets.RequirementsValid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).Valid Reach FLT licence (essential).Previous warehouse experience.A flexible and reliable approach to work.Willingness to work overtime when required.Good attention to detail and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.What's on Offer£13.50 per hourOngoing, full-time work with no fixed end date.Opportunity to secure a permanent position.Monday to Friday working pattern - enjoy your weekends.Weekend overtime paid at time and a half .On-site parking.Canteen facilities.Immediate starts available.If you're an experienced FLT Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.
