ALABAR aims to break the cycle of homelessness by offering safe housing, mental health support, and pathways to independence. The charity has expanded its services across the South West and Wales, supporting thousands of people every year.All about the role:As a Young Person Support Worker, you will provide housing support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues; all allowing the service user to work towards independent living.
