Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72-residents.Due to the success and growth of Yarnley House, we are excited to announce we are looking for someone to join our care team.Care Assistant Contract £13.50 per hourPart time hoursSplit shifts 7am-1pm & 5pm-9pmPaid DBS pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
