ABOUT YOU:You are an experienced laboratory professional and confident Team Leader, responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and delivery of high-quality laboratory testing services. You excel at managing team workloads, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, and consistently delivering strong results across quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.Leading by example, you combine strong technical expertise with effective people management skills to develop team capability and support the delivery of growth strategy. While remaining hands-on in the laboratory, you play a key role in shaping team performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Required skills and experience:Degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years' experience in a UKAS-accredited laboratoryPrevious experience leading or supervising a teamStrong technical, analytical, and organisational skillsProficient in MS Office and laboratory systemsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressureABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced laboratory professional with proven leadership capability to join a fast-paced, quality-driven analytical environment.
