Serving both trade professionals and the general public, we offer a wide range of decorating materials, designer paints, wallpapers and related products, supported by expert advice and outstanding service.As the decorators merchant arm of Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd group, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned North West business.Sales Advisor Key responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer service in store and over the phone.Help customers find the right products for their needsMix and tint paint to customer requirements and process specialist orders.Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.Support stock control, replenishment, merchandising and branch standards.Promote featured and seasonal products to support sales growth.Make local deliveries using the company van.Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.What were looking for as a Sales Advisor :Strong customer service and communication skills.A proactive, approachable and dependable attitude.Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Full clean manual driving licence.Previous retail or decorating-centre experience is desirable.Product knowledge and an interest in interiors or design is desirable.Key Information£13 per hour initial salaryAverage of 38 hours per weekShifts within our operating hours of Monday - Thursday 7:30AM to 5:00PM, Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM, Saturday 8:00AM to 12:30PMJob is based on site at Beers Paint, Chester High Road, Heswall, CH60 3RZSales Advisor Benefits:Company pension.Staff discount on a full range of home improvement products.On-site parking.Initial 29 days holiday entitlement, increasing with service.Development opportunities.Christmas and bank holiday shutdownTPBN1_UKTJ
