This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially aware marketing professional to take ownership of the companys events programme and content strategy, helping to strengthen brand presence and support business growth.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both live events and digital media. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality industry events and producing engaging content that resonates with a B2B audience. Working closely with the commercial team, you will help ensure that every campaign, event and piece of content contributes to brand visibility and lead generation.What Is In It For You: Salary up to £40,000Edinburgh - office based33 days annual leavePension schemeSupportive, close-knit team environmentThe chance to work for a company where your contribution has a real, measurable impactRole Details: As the Events & Media Executive, you will: Plan and deliver a range of industry events, including exhibitions, conferences, webinars and virtual roundtablesCoordinate all aspects of event delivery, from logistics and suppliers to on-site executionDevelop event materials, promotional assets and branded collateralWork with the commercial team to maximise lead generation and pipeline opportunities from eventsProduce written, photographic and video content for social media, email campaigns, blogs and the company websiteCapture and edit visual content, including event footage, product demonstrations and short-form social media videosManage relationships with PR and media partners to secure relevant coverageMaintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns and business prioritiesMonitor and report on the performance of events, content and social media activityRight Candidate: The successful candidate will have: Experience in events, content marketing or marketing communications, ideally within a SaaS or technology businessA strong track record of managing and delivering business eventsExcellent copywriting and communication skillsPractical experience in photography, videography and video editingProficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom or PhotoshopStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA commercial understanding of how marketing activity supports sales and revenue growthExperience with platforms such as HubSpot, Figma and AI-powered productivity toolsA proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to collaborate with teams across the businessThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking SaaS company in a role that offers variety, creativity and real commercial impact.
