This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in SharePoint upgrades, administration, and development.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Operations & SupportManage SharePoint farm servers, web applications, service applications, content databases, and supporting infrastructure.Administer Search Service Applications, Managed Metadata, User Profile Services, Distributed Cache, and related components.Act as 3rd line escalation for complex SharePoint issuesLead SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgradesManage and support SharePoint Online (M365)Ensure platform performance, security, and reliabilityEssential SkillsSharePoint Server 2019 & Subscription Edition (SE)SharePoint Online (M365)Deep knowledge of SharePoint farm architecture and operational support.Understanding of search-driven user interfaces and applications.Extensive experience supporting SharePoint Search architecture.Crawl configuration, indexing, query processing, and search optimization.Desirable SkillsMicrosoft 365 stack: OneDrive, Teams, Exchange OnlinePower Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilitiesCertifications (Preferred)Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
