Groundworker

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established contractor carrying out repairs and maintenance works to social housing domestic properties across Daventry.This is an ongoing temporary role offering regular work with the opportunity to join a busy team delivering high-quality external groundworks and property maintenance projects.The role involves working on occupied and void social housing properties across Daventry, carrying out a variety of external groundworks to improve and maintain domestic properties.Key Responsibilities:Carry out slabbing, paving, and pathway repairsComplete bricklaying repairs including walls, steps, and boundary worksInstall and repair kerbingUndertake drainage repairs and install new drainage where requiredCarry out general groundworks and site preparationExcavate and reinstate areas using hand tools and small plantComplete concrete repairs and associated groundwork tasksEnsure all work is completed to a high standard within occupied domestic propertiesWork safely and effectively while maintaining a clean and tidy work areaLiaise professionally with tenants and site management throughout the worksRequirements:To have your own vanTo have your own toolsPrevious experience working as a GroundworkerExperience in slabbing, bricklaying, kerbing, drainage, and general groundworksExperience working within social housing or domestic properties is desirableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Ongoing self-employed workMonday to Friday workingWeekly pay (CIS payments available)Opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable contractorIf you're interested in this Groundworker role, please apply online or call Alex on 07488 866 703.TPBN1_UKTJ
