Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team and play a key role in delivering value for money across the organisation. Reporting to the Procurement Partner, youll lead and support end-to-end procurement activities across a wide range of categories, ensuring compliance, robust governance, and strong commercial outcomes.This is a hands-on role where youll manage tactical and strategic procurement activity, support stakeholders across the business, and contribute to the ongoing development of our Procurement Centre of Excellence.As our new Procurement Specialist, you will also:Lead and support end-to-end procurement for strategic and tactical tendersDeliver value for money through effective sourcing, negotiation, and contract managementProvide market insight and supplier intelligence to support category strategiesAct as a key point of contact for procurement enquiries and stakeholder supportEnsure compliance with procurement policy, governance, and regulatory requirementsSupport supplier due diligence, performance, and relationship managementIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and systemsWe are looking for:Strong experience in procurement, contract management, and strategic sourcingSolid understanding of procurement legislation and contract lawExperience working across multiple categories in a complex organisationExcellent commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsConfident communicator, able to influence at all levelsWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements.
