    Classroom Re-engagement: Develop personalised strategies to help disengaged young people build confidence and reintegrate into the classroom environment.

    Community-Based Learning: Drive and lead educational visits and activities across Plymouth to promote real-world learning.

    Multi-Agency Collaboration: Partner with parents, carers, social workers, and local agencies to provide comprehensive pastoral support.

    Targeted Interventions: Support pupils across Primary or Secondary phases, depending on your experience and preference.

    Driving License: Full UK Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle (Essential).

    Education: GCSE grade C/4 or above in both Maths and English (or equivalent).

    Skills: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills.

    Experience: Previous experience working with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), SEN, or vulnerable youth is beneficial.
