The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.

Responsibilities include * Supporting pupils with their learning and development * Assisting with classroom activities and lessons * Working with pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis * Helping to maintain a positive learning environment * Supporting behaviour management strategies
