We are seeking a dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about using psychological knowledge and skills to improve students' learning and emotional well-being. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students to create supportive and effective educational environments.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' educational and emotional needs. \n
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and educational programs tailored to individual student needs. \n
- Provide consultation to teachers and school staff on how to implement psychological principles and techniques in the classroom. \n
- Offer guidance and support to parents on issues affecting their child's education and development. \n
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address complex student needs and promote a holistic approach to education. \n
- Conduct research on educational practices and psychological factors affecting learning to continuously improve school programs. \n
- Lead workshops and training sessions for staff and parents to enhance their understanding of educational psychology. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or higher in Educational Psychology or a related field. \n
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., Health and Care Professions Council). \n
- Proven experience in an educational psychology role. \n
- Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices relevant to education. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
