\nA well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across Norwich and the wider East Anglia region. \nThis position is focused purely on surveying duties, offering a consistent pipeline of work across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector properties.

\nThe RoleCarrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264
\nConducting bulk sampling across a variety of property types
\nProducing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports
\nSurveying commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites
\nManaging workload independently with support from an established operations team
\nEnsuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
\nAbout YouBOHS P402 (essential)
\nMinimum 2 years' experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
\nStrong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
\nExperience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred
\nFull UK driving licence
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
