Your new companyWorking for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.Your new role Site Manager required to join a major construction project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition, enabling works, and external packages through to completion.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and play a key role in managing complex works within a fast-paced construction environment.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all demolition and enabling works packages, ensuring works are completed safely and to programme \n
- Oversee external works \n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards. \n
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. \n
- Monitor programme performance and proactively address any delays or risks. \n
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and subcontractor coordination meetings. \n
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to ensure successful package delivery. \n
- Manage temporary works, logistics, and interfaces between internal and external trades. \n

- Previous experience working on similar schemes \n
