Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 | Immediate Start Available

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving early years setting in Chafford Hundred. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take ownership of one of our key sites and make a lasting impact on children, families, and staff.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years education

• Ensure the highest standards of childcare, safety, and safeguarding
\n
• Create a nurturing, engaging environment that supports every child’s development
\n
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, compliance, and parent partnerships
\n
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong Ofsted standards
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare / Early Years
\n
• Proven experience working within an early years setting
\n
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
\n
• A genuine passion for child development and safeguarding
\n
• Confidence in managing a busy nursery environment and leading a team
\n
