Pencoed | £22 per hour | Monday to Friday | 7:30am-5pm | 3-Week Contract | Immediate Start

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator with Suspended Loads experience to join a commercial construction project in Pencoed.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a skilled CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Operator to join a professional site team on a busy commercial project.

Key Duties\n
    \n
  • \n

    Operate a telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.

    • \n
  • \n

    Carry out suspended load lifting operations in accordance with site procedures.

    • \n
  • \n

    Transport and position materials around site.

    • \n
  • \n

    Support site logistics and assist trades as required.

    • \n
  • \n

    Complete daily pre-start equipment inspections and report any defects.

    • \n
  • \n

    Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times.

    • \n
  • \n

    Work closely with the Site Manager and construction team to ensure efficient site operations.

Requirements\n

  • \n

    Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler card with Suspended Loads endorsement.

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.

    • \n
  • \n

    Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots).

    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable with a strong work ethic.

    • \n
  • \n

    Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

    • \n
  • \n

    Construction work references.

    • \n
