\nThe Role:
\nReporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving continued growth. You will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline, converting opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities (approx. 2 days per week) \n
- Book and attend qualified appointments within defined geographic areas \n
- Manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads \n
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare tailored service proposals \n
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections effectively \n
- Build and manage client relationships from initial contact through to close \n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities \n
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new contracts \n
About You:

- Experienced Business Development Manager, ideally within cleaning or FM \n
- Proven track record in direct sales and closing high-value contracts (£1.5m+ annually) \n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills \n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team \n
- Experience in education or healthcare sectors advantageous \n
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK \n
