You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities\n

• Analyse financial performance and provide detailed commentary on trends and variances
\n
• Conduct margin analysis and identify profitability drivers
\n
• Review and interpret financial ratios, KPIs and business performance metrics
\n
• Produce financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis
\n
• Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives through data analysis
\n
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
\n
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide commercial insights
\n
• Develop reports and dashboards using ERP systems and advanced Excel
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
\n
• Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or Commercial Finance role
\n
• Strong financial analysis experience with the ability to interpret financial statements rather than prepare them
\n
• Experience analysing margins, profitability, KPIs and business performance
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
