Paralegal

Our client is seeking an ambitious Lending Paralegal to join our growing and highly regarded property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced fee earners, gain exposure to a varied caseload, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the lending transaction process. As a Lending Paralegal, you will provide vital support to fee earners across a broad range of secured lending and property finance matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Company Benefits: * Annual salary review * Annual bonus scheme * 5% employer pension contribution * Death in Service benefit of 4 x salary * Interest free season ticket loan * Long service rewards * Paid uniform allowance Key Responsibilities: * Assisting with a varied caseload of lending property transactions, including: * Drafting legal documents and correspondence. * Opening and managing client files. * Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation. * Liaising with borrowers, lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties. * Preparing Certificates of Title and supporting completion matters. * Ensuring compliance with lender requirements, regulatory obligations and firm procedures. * Maintaining accurate records and case management systems. Experience and Skills Requirements * Previous experience within a Property Finance, Lending Property or Conveyancing team. * Strong administrative and organisational skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
