Interim HR Coordinator

This is a fully remote HR Coordinator opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle. The role offers a rolling contract and would suit someone with strong attention to detail, initiative and a curious mindset. Client Details Our client is a well-established not for profit organisation seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support a busy People function. This role sits within a collaborative team environment where initiative, ownership and continuous improvement are encouraged. Description Provide HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle. Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer administration and onboarding. Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Draft employment contracts, letters and HR documentation. Support managers and employees with HR queries and policy guidance. Process employee changes including starters, leavers and contractual amendments. Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required. Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.Profile A successful candidate will have: Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator position. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. A naturally curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes. Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently in a remote environment. Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records. Excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. CIPD qualification or studies would be advantageous but not essential.Job Offer Hourly rate of £15.00 - £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
