This is a permanent night shift opportunity offering excellent earning potential through shift premiums and overtime.Salary & Benefits£16.00 £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)Night shift premium paid at 1.33x basic rateOvertime paid at 1.5x basic rateUp to 7 hours overtime available per weekStable, long-term employment with a reputable engineering companyWorking Hours (Night Shift)Monday to Thursday:Monday to Wednesday: 18:00 04:30 (10 hours @ 1.33x) 04:30 06:00 (1.5 hours @ 1.5x)Thursday: 18:00 03:30 (9 hours @ 1.33x)03:30 06:00 (1.5 hours @ 1.5x)Key ResponsibilitiesSetting and operating CNC turning machinesEditing offsets and making minor program adjustmentsProducing precision components to tight tolerancesReading and interpreting engineering drawingsCarrying out self-inspection using measuring equipmentMaintaining high quality and production standardsRequirementsProven experience as a CNC TurnerAbility to set and operate CNC lathes independentlyStrong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerancesExperience using inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges)High attention to detailWillingness to work permanent night shiftsDesirableExperience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controlsProgramming knowledgeBackground in precision engineering environmentsPlease click to apply if you are interested in the CNC Turner positionTPBN1_UKTJ
