MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER – DECARBONISATION Location: City of London Salary: £90,000 + Package Linea Recruitment are currently working with a leading MEP Contractor who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a flagship £10m Decarbonisation project in Central London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of a major mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal delivery team. Project Scope: • Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) • Plantroom Upgrades • Low Carbon Heating Systems • Energy Centre Modifications • HVAC Installations • Pipework Distribution Systems • BMS Integration • Decarbonisation & Net Zero Initiatives Responsibilities: • Management of all mechanical works on site • Programme management and delivery • Procurement of labour and materials • Management of subcontractors • Cost control and variations • Client and consultant liaison • Health & Safety compliance • Commissioning and project handover Requirements: • Mechanical Building Services background • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager • Experience delivering commercial or decarbonisation projects • Strong HVAC and pipework knowledge • SMSTS preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of decarbonisation works across London
